Developable surplus city property is provided to affordable housing providers to promote homeownership.Developable surplus city property is provided to affordable housing providers to promote homeownership. This process is conducted through a “Request for Proposals” process. The city will select and award property to successful Proposer with a deed restriction that will be removed at time of sale to a qualified buyer of the home.
