OUR MISSION The Neighborhood Commercial Revitalization (NCR) Program is a HUD funded program, created in 1998 by the City of NCR Seeks Feedback on "Retooling" Proposal In order to maximize the benefits of the program, we need YOUR input. Please click on the link here in order to complete a brief survey. Your input will help us develop a final proposal for the retooled program.
