Eastern Triangle Community Plan
The Eastern Triangle Community Plan was adopted by City Council as an amendment to the City’s Comprehensive Master Plan on May 21, 2009. The Eastern Triangle planning area is located in southeast San Antonio and is generally bounded by IH 10 to the north; South Foster Road and Loop 410 to the east; New Sulphur Springs, Southcross Boulevard and Roland Avenue to the south; and Roland Avenue to the west. In March 2008, the Planning and Development Services Department met with community members to begin the planning process. The first Planning Team meeting was held in April followed by the first public meeting held on May 31, 2008.
