In honor of our veterans, we dedicate this portion of our website to our veteran-owned businesses.

The City of San Antonio’s PTAC is proud to assist our local veteran owned businesses and has repeatedly received the Center for Veteran Enterprise National Award Recipient for support of veteran-owned small business.

Jeffrey Vigil

Established in 2006, Interblock Studios, LLC, is a small, minority, veteran-owned web solutions firm co-founded by President, Jeffrey Vigil, and Vice President, Monica Saenz. They operate on a strategic level to help clients integrate the disciplines of user centered design and application development for optimal performance across all Web tactics, from mobile Web and social media strategies, to CMS, ecommerce, search and analytics solutions. Our core areas of service include: Custom Web Design, Custom Web Development, Software Development, CMS Implementation, E-Commerce, Search Engine Optimization, Social Media Marketing, Corporate Identity, Print Media,. Interactive Design. E-Learning, Business Matchmaking, Online TV, Online Digital Magazine, Membership Solutions.

“It is very important for us to help promote small businesses and to do our part to help others like us to find opportunities,” says Vigil. Interblock Studios has recently been awarded contracts to provide Business Matchmaking to the Small Business Administration (SBA) and to the Department of Commerce’s Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA). They have also provided their services to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Jeffrey Vigil served in the U.S. Navy as a naval inspector and also worked directly under the Pentagon. His decorations included three Navy Commendation Medals, seven Navy Achievement Medals, five Good Conduct Medals, a Meritorious Service Medal, a Volunteer Service Medal, a Sea Service Deployment Medal and recognition as a Pistol Expert.
