PATV is a 24-hour Public Access Channel managed and operated by the City of San Antonio. PATV provides San Antonio residents with an opportunity to produce non-commercial, alternative programming for public broadcast. Currently, PATV can been seen on Time Warner Digital Cable Channel 20 Grande Communications Channel 19 and AT&T U-verse Channel 99.
