This Division interacts with the City Engineer’s staff,
Capital Programs Division, Street Maintenance Division and Storm Water
Operations Division. The watershed teams also interact with both the
Planning Department and Development Services Department on a daily basis.
Each team is also responsible for responding to citizen requests for
service within their watershed area of responsibility.
All services provided by Storm Water Engineering are in support of
one of the three major programs
National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP),
Texas Pollutant Discharge Elimination System
(TPDES) and mandates from City Council.
