The primary mission of the Visitor Information Center (VIC) is to maximize the San Antonio visitor experience by providing accurate and helpful information on events, services, attractions and cultural sites using the highest level of customer service for the purpose of extending visitor stays and increasing visitor spending and return visitation. 317 Alamo Plaza (across from the Alamo)

- Vacuum twice a week/upon request
- Dust upon request/schedule
- Spot clean carpet stains/as needed
- Custodial Project upon request/needed
- Recycling Once per week

Routine Maintenance and Building Repairs
Purchasing & General Services is responsible for the operation and maintenance of this building and will absorb these expenses. Tenant departments have a Building Maintenance scheduled line item that is debited each month to cover utilities and the services provided by PGS. Such services include the electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and painting trades.

Contractual Services
The following are services provided to the building and are coordinated through Purchasing & General Services Department annual contracts:

- HVAC - monthly maintenance includes filter change and routine air conditioning checks
- Fire & Life Safety Systems (Alarm and Sprinkler Monitoring & Maintenance)
- Lawn Maintenance
