Rental Facilities
Comanche County Park, a popular gathering place for family reunions, birthday parties and company picnics, features several facilities that can be rented separately or together.To see photos of the facilities, click on the facility name.
Pavilion # 1 - has an occupancy of up to 100 people. It contains 14 tables, rest rooms, playscape, swing sets, a barbecue pit and a beverage bin.
Daily (9 a.m. - 11 p.m.) Rental Rate: $30 for standard; $60 for commercial (any event that is revenue-producing).
Pavilion #2 - occupancy of 2,000. 87 tables, two rest rooms, playground, swings, basketball court and softball field. The kitchen and the Aztec/Tejas areas can be rented only if the Pavilion is rented, too. The rates for each are as follows:
Pavilion 2 only - $170 standard or $340 commercial.
Kitchen containing 2 refrigerators, 1 freezer, 10 serving tables, 3 sinks, 3 BBQ pits and a fire box - $70 standard, $140 commercial;
Aztec/Tejas area containing 10 tables, 72 stacking chairs, air conditioned - $30 standard or $60 commercial.
Rate for the three areas together: $270 standard or $540 commercial.
Pavilion #3 - 21 tables, rest room, small playground, barbecue pit, 3 sinks, serving booth and softball field. capacity - 200 - $25 standard or $50 commercial.
Corral - 9 tables outside, 3 tables inside, rest rooms, barbecue pit and beverage bin - $10 standard, $20 commercial. Capacity: 45
Navajo Civic Center - 27 tables, rest room, 150 stacking chairs, serving counters,stove and air conditioning. 205 capacity. rate - $110 daily or $220 commercial.
All county park reservations require that you call the constable's office in the park's precinct to arrange security prior to your function. The telephone number will be on your permit.
