Rental Facilities

Virginia Gill Community Center, which was formerly known as Lackland Terrace Community Center, is one of 27 Parks and Recreation Department year-round community centers that has facilities that can be rented by the public. Rental of the facility includes the game and activity rooms and kitchen facilities. The fees are as follows:

General use entire facility - $50 an hour with a two-hour minimum plus $100 clean-up fee.

This facility is not available for volleyball, baseketball or dance rentals

Consists of two meeting rooms, that hold about 40 people apiece.

Approximately 10 tables and 75 chairs are available with the rental. However, it is important to call the center at 675-2123 to confirm the number of tables and chairs that will be available for your rental.
