This community facility is available for meetings and small gatherings of up to 40 people. It features a kitchen area with refrigerator, sink and microwave. Chairs and tables are avaiable for up to 40 people. It has ceiling fans, restrooms and water fountains. Alcohol and music are allowed, but security must be provided.Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your event. The cost of the rental is $125 for the first four hours and $25 for each hour after that. There is a $100 refundable damage deposit.
