Lady Bird Johnson Park bustles with activity due to the wide range of facilities housed there. Hamilton Community Center shares the park with a YMCA facility and Alva Jo Fischer Softball Complex.The park also has a hiking trail and tennis courts. In addition a pool/skateboard facility rounds out the facility. For more information about the City facilities browse the links above.
The pool is also available for parties during the summer months.
It may be rented for a two-hour period before or after regular public hours, which are 1 – 7 p.m. The facility rental fee is incremental, based on the number of people expected to attend the event. An additional fee is assessed for lifeguards, which are provided. One week’s notice is required for a reservation. Call 207-3113 for more information.
