Madison Square 400 Lexington Ave.
Madison Square is one of Parks and Recreation Department's oldest parks, comprising part of land grant made by the Spanish Government in 1778. The 5.1 acre park, which includes ornamental plantings, picnic tables and benches, may be reserved for $50 a day. It is located near Downtown Baptist Hospital and is divided into two tracts by Lexington Avenue. It does not have rest rooms or off-street parking.
