Meadowcliff Community Center activity room and kitchen facilities

Meadowcliff Community Center is one of 27 Parks and Recreation Department year-round community centers that has facilities that can be rented by the public. The gym is used by Anson Middle School during the day so rentals are limited to evenings and weekends. Rental of the facility includes the gym, game/activity room and kitchen facilities. The fees are as follows:

Gym practices and/or games - $25 per hour flat fee with two-hour minimum.

This gym is not available for volleyball rentals

General use with no admission and no concession - $50 an hour with a two-hour minimum plus $100 clean-up fee if food is served.

Special events charging admission and/or selling concessions - $75 an hour with a two-hour minimum and $100 clean-up fee.

Approximately 13 tables and 125 chairs are available with the rental. However, it is important to call the center at 674-0820 to confirm the number of tables and chairs that will be available for your rental.
