The facility has a commercial rate and a nonprofit rate based on number of expected participants:
The commercial rates are $550 for 400 or less with an additional $500 security deposit; $1,000 for 401 - 100 participants, with an additional $800 security deposit; and $1,500 for 1001 or more participants with an additional $1,500 security deposit.
The nonprofit rates are $450 for 400 or less participants, with an additional $500 security deposit; $850 for 401-1,000 participants, with an $800 security deposit; and $1,300 for 1,001 or more, and a $1,500 security deposit.
