Rental Facilities

The rental of Rosedale Park is based on the expected attendance at the event. The fee schedule for a one-day rental is as follows:

400 or less - $550 with a clean-up and damage deposit of $500;

401- 1,000 - $1,000 with a clean-up and damage deposit of $800;

1,001 or more - $1,500 with a clean-up and damage deposit of $1,500;

The pavilion only can be rented for $250 a day.

In addition, a non-profit organization rental rate has been added as of Oct. 1, 2005. This rate for non-profits will be $450 for events with attendance of 400 or less; $850 for events with attendance of 401- to 1,000; and $1,300 for events with attendance of 1,001 or more.
