Rental Facilities

Tobin Community Center is one of 27 Parks and Recreation Department year-round community centers that has facilities that can be rented by the public. Rental of the facility includes the gym, game/activity room and kitchen facilities. The fees are as follows:

Gym practices and/or games - $25 per hour flat fee with two-hour minimum.

This gym is not available for volleyball rentals

General use entire facility - $50 an hour with a two-hour minimum plus $100 deposit.

Special events charging admission and/or selling concessions - $75 an hour with a two-hour minimum and $100 deposit.

Security is required for any event with a DJ or band.

Approximately 17 tables, three card tables and 103 chairs are available with the rental. However, it is important to call the center at 225-0941 to confirm the number of tables and chairs that will be available for your rental.
