Yates Community Center

Facility Reservation Information
 Jean Yates Community Center is one of 27 Parks and Recreation Department year-round community centers that has facilities that can be rented by the public. Rental of the facility includes the game and activity rooms and kitchen facilities. The fees are as follows:
General use with no admission and no concession - $50 an hour with a two-hour minimum plus $100 deposit if food is served.
Special events charging admission and/or selling concessions - $75 an hour with a two-hour minimum and $500 damage/cleanup deposit paid prior to a permit being issued. Deposit may be returned, less any expenses encountered by the City for cleaning or damage.(Beginning Sept. 26, 2009)..
Security is required for any event with DJ or band
Consists of three meeting rooms, which hold about 75 people per room.
Yates has 12 tables and 12 chairs available for rental. However, it is important to call the center at 675-1152 to confirm the number of tables and chairs available for your rental.
