INVESTIGATIONS
The Investigations Division, commanded
by Deputy Chief Jose Banales, has
administrative responsiblity for sections
that conduct follow-up investigations and have case
management responsibilities for crimes against persons
and property.

Anyone having information about violent criminal offenses within the jurisdiction
of the San Antonio Police Department, can communicate with the Police Department by several methods.

Special Property Crimes is 210-207-7650, and
Special Investigations
is 210-207-7484. The Offices are open 7 days a week, from
7:30am to 6:00pm. E-mail should be forwarded to
the Investigations Division at
homicide@sanantonio.gov. After 7:00pm until 5:00am,
the Night Utility Detectives come on duty, and they can be
reached at 210-207-7484.
