If you are Active Duty Military, currently stationed OVERSEAS, and NOT currently resident/stationed in Bexar County or any county touching Bexar County (Atascosa, Bandara, Comal, Guadalupe, Kendall, Medina or Wilson), OR in the U.S., BETWEEN SEPT 10 AND NOV 6, 2009 you may download the DOWNLOADABLE CADET APPLICATION from this web site, fill it in, and mail it to the address listed below.

At the time you submit your Completed Application, you will receive additional information and an Admittance Letter to the NOV 19, 2009 Exam. If you submit your Application by mail, the information and Letter will be mailed to you.
