The San Antonio Police Department is governed by the Fire and Police
Civil Service Commission. As the governing body, the Commission is responsible
for setting and announcing the application period, as well as the date
for the "Entrance Examination for Police Cadet."
PERSONS WHO SUBMITTED AN APPLICATION
DURING THE
APPLICATION PERIOD
WILL RECEIVE AN ADMITTANCE LETTER
FOR THE POLICE CADET EXAMINATION.
If you are NOT currently resident
in Bexar County or
any county touching Bexar County (Atascosa, Bandara, Comal, Guadalupe, Kendall,
Medina or Wilson),
you may SUBMIT AN ON-LINE REQUEST FOR AN APPLICATION BETWEEN
SEPT 10, 2009 AND
OCT 28, 2009.(CLOSED)
The Application will
be mailed to you and you must complete the Application and return it
to the appropriate address by the last date of the Application Period.
