Services : The F.A.C.T. program recruits and trains volunteers who want to help end violence in the community. Trained F.A.C.T. volunteers provide crisis intervention and emergency counseling in SAPD Substations on Friday and Saturday nights from 8:00pm to 3:00am.
Hours Open : F.A.C.T. Admin. Office : M-F, 8:00am-4:30pm. Substations : F-S, 8:00pm-3:00am.

Service Delivery : Persons wishing to become F.A.C.T. volunteers may call the Administrative Office during regular business hours. Persons needing to talk with a F.A.C.T. Volunteer at one of the SAPD Substations (8:00pm-3:00am, Friday or Saturday nights) should call the substation and ask for a "F.A.C.T. Volunteer":
