The City of San Antonio, through TVSA and the Communications and Public Affairs Department, can make video copies of City Council meetings or other TVSA programs upon request.

• Copies of an entire TVSA show or Council meeting cost $7.00. If a brand new VHS tape or DVD-R is provided at the time of the request, the cost is $4.50.
• Charges may increase if a citizen requests a specific discussion item within a meeting or program (which may require more personnel time to complete the request).

Requests for dubs may take up to 10 business days to be completed.

Payment for video dubs may be made in cash or by check at the City Clerk’s Office upon completion of request. Checks should be made payable to the City of San Antonio.
