The WDC has the power to issue and sell bonds to finance construction, expansion, and improvements to projects. Depending upon the size of your project, we may be able to help you with a lower cost capital than traditional financing options. In addition, the WDC is constantly looking for other possible funding mechanisms to bring new dollars to development in the Westside.
