Blind kittens amongst those at crowded Animal Care cattery

SAN ANTONIO (June 27, 2019) - As summer continues so too does the wave of kittens at Animal Care Services and the shelter is asking for the community’s help this coming weekend. The ACS cattery is becoming crowded with cats in need of placement including two litters of visually impaired kittens that need special homes. Adopters can come by the shelter seven days a week to meet adoption ready felines while fosters are urgently needed as the shelter is in high intake season through the summer. Both adoption and foster applications can be found online at  Shelter wish list items to support kittens coming into Foster program can be found on the ACS Amazon wish list at Items desperately needed right now include: Purina kitten chow, cans of Goat Milk, Miracle Nipple with syringes and wee-wee pads.
