Finding Rover is a space age solution to reunite lost pets with their families and now San Antonio's dogs are getting a “paw up” thanks to the free facial recognition app. The lifesaving tool uses a scan of our pet’s unique features from an uploaded snapshot and keeps the photo in a free database.
