The City Attorney’s Office Prosecution Division is led by Deputy City Attorney Jose Niño. The mission is to provide quality services to make the City a safer, cleaner community.
The division prosecutes Class C misdemeanors pursuant to state laws and City ordinances, including, but not limited to code compliance, truancy, traffic, juvenile and family violence violations.
