Citizens to be Heard is your opportunity to address San Antonio’s elected officials directly about issues that are important to you and your community. Whether you attend in-person on Wednesday evening with a specific topic or on Thursday morning to speak about an item on the agenda, your voice is important and will be heard.

Citizens can sign up online to speak before the San Antonio City Council. Citizens are given three (3) minutes to speak, and groups are given nine (9) minutes. However, the Mayor or Presiding Officer may reduce this time at his/her discretion.

Los residentes pueden inscribirse en línea para hablar ante el Consejo de la Ciudad de San Antonio. Los residentes tienen tres (3) minutos para hablar, y los grupos tienen nueve (9) minutos. Sin embargo, el Alcalde o Funcionario a Cargo puede reducir este tiempo a su discreción.

All CDs & DVDs that the public would like to present while they speak during City Council MUST be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the meeting. Please contact Government & Public Affairs at 210-207-7236 to coordinate.
