Exercise your civic duty! Early voting for Nov. 6 Charter and Special Election ends 8 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 2

SAN ANTONIO (Nov. 1, 2018) – Early voting by personal appearance ends tomorrow, Friday, November 2.  Early voting sites include the Bexar County Elections Office along with 42 other locations throughout Bexar County. All early voting locations will be open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

 

If you are not able to vote early, you can vote on Election Day, Tuesday, November 6 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. at your assigned polling site.  To view a complete list of early voting and Election Day polling sites, as well as ballot information, visit www.sanantonio.gov/ElectionsCampaignFinance.

 

City of San Antonio registered voters will have the opportunity to vote on three Charter Amendments. For more information on the Charter Amendments and their fiscal impact, visit: www.sanantonio.gov/City-Attorney/Nov2018Election. Additionally, registered voters of Bexar County residing within five miles of the boundary of Camp Bullis and Camp Stanley military bases and registered voters of Bexar County residing within five miles of the boundary of Lackland Air Force Base and the Lackland Air Force Base Medina Training Annex will have the opportunity choose between being annexed by the City or providing the City with the authority to adopt and enforce an ordinance regulating the land use in the area. Regulation will be in the manner recommended by the most recent joint land use study, including the authority to adopt and impose fees, fines and other charges.
