As we navigate through COVID-19, DSD continues to work hard to minimize the spread. The health and safety of our staff, customers, and visitors remain our top priority as we move toward the third phase of the city's Return to Work plan.
To support this effort, beginning Oct. 19, 2020, we will permit up to 30 customers at a time inside in the Cliff Morton Development and Business Services Center (DBSC), located at 1901 S. Alamo St.
Safety protocols including temperature checks, face coverings and 6' social distancing requirements will remain in place for all customers and staff who enter the building. We've also added new plexiglass barriers, hand sanitizer stations, and floor/counter signage to assist with directional flow,
For convenience, our online and curb side services will remain in place. Customers are encouraged to use these services when applicable. Plans and applications can be dropped off at designated drop-off locations at the side of the building during business hours. Requests that are dropped off will be processed by the permit counter team within one business day.
Virtual boards and commissions meetings will remain as-is until further notice.
