Chief Sustainability Officer

We’re excited to have San Antonio’s first Chief Sustainability Officer, Douglas R. Melnick as our next guest on Clean Air SA’s Blog Talk Radio. When the podcast interview airs later this month, Melnick relays the plans the City of San Antonio has in place for sustainable growth. He also touches on existing air quality programs and ways residents can contribute to maintaining clean air in the Alamo City. Past guests on Clean Air SA’s Blog Talk Radio include Colleen Bridger, MPH, PhD, health director for the San Antonio Metropolitan Health District, and City Councilman Rey Saldaña.

October 6 Air Quality Summit

Join numerous business leaders attending the Air Quality Summit, hosted by the City of San Antonio’s Office of Sustainability and the San Antonio Business Journal, addressing the potential impact of nonattainment on businesses and the community.
