Travis Two Step

 

SAN ANTONIO (Feb. 27, 2020) — Join us at Travis Park for Travis 2 Step – a celebration of all things Texas in honor of Texas Independence Day! This free, family-friendly, dog-friendly event takes place on Saturday, Feb. 29 from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. at Travis Park, located at 301 E. Travis St.

 

Travis 2 Step features live music from Abbi Walker, Wynn Williams, Sarah Hobbs, Chris Colston, and the Dirty River Boys, as well as, food trucks, and a Texas Traders Alley showcasing Texas products including H-E-B’s Quest for Texas Best!

 

Event Schedule

  • 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.: Texas Traders Alley, H-E-B Quest for Texas Best Vendors, H-E-B Taste of Texas Tent
  • 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.: H-E-B pet giveaways, H-E-B Café Ole free coffee
  • 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.: Matt Tejeda Band
  • 12 p.m. – 6 p.m.: Chris Perez meet and greet at the Perez Pepper Sauce tent
  • 1 p.m. – 2 p.m.: Abbi Walker
  • 2:30 p.m. – 4 p.m. Wynn Williams
  • 5 p.m. – 8 p.m.: Sarah Hobbs
  • 5 p.m. – 10 p.m.: VIP dinner (ticket purchase required)
  • 6:30 p.m. – 8 p.m.: Chris Colston
  • 8:30 p.m. – 10 p.m.: Dirty River Boys

VIP Experience
While the event is free and open to the public, a special VIP experience ticket is available for $40. The VIP experience features a catered dinner from Augie’s Barbed Wire Smokehouse, complimentary beverages, exclusive access and amenities, and more! Visitor Parking
There is ample parking near Travis Park. The City of San Antonio has several parking garages, lots and on-street meters nearby, with the nearest one being the St. Mary’s Street Garage on the corner of Travis and St. Mary’s, one block west of Travis Park. A full list of City-owned garages, lots and meters can be found here. In addition, there are numerous non-City owned lots and garages in the area where visitors can park for a fee, including the Travis Park Plaza Garage. For a map, click here.
