Mayor, faith groups invite community to virtual COVID-19 reflection event this Saturday

SAN ANTONIO (March 27, 2020) – Mayor Ron Nirenberg and the City of San Antonio’s Faith-Based Initiative are inviting the local community to reflect quietly, virtually, and collectively on the COVID-19 pandemic during a virtual Day of Reflection on Saturday, March 28, 2020 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
 
The event will be hosted via ZOOM and will be simulcast on YouTube and Facebook. The event is free and open to the public online:
 
How to Participate

 
Mayor Nirenberg will convene the session at 8 a.m. Rev. Ann Helmke, Faith-Based Initiative Liaison in the City’s Department of Human Services will host the discussion.
