SAN ANTONIO (Nov. 12, 2020) – Explore Market Square in downtown San Antonio through a fun, safe, and free scavenger hunt sponsored by the Center City Development and Operations Department! The scavenger runs through Nov. 30. Prize drawings will occur on Dec. 1.

This family-friendly activity encourages people to visit Market Square to answer trivia questions while safely social distancing and learning more about the history and culture of San Antonio. Participants are asked to wear masks and practice social distancing of six feet or more from other individuals or groups. The highest scoring participants will be entered into a drawing to win one of five prize packs valued at over $200. Prize packs include a $150 gift card that can be used at any Mi Familia restaurant (Mi Tierra, La Margarita, Pico De Gallo, and Mi Familia at the Rim) and a gift basket filled with items from Market Square Shops.

For more information, a full set of rules and the scavenger hunt questions, visit www.marketsquaresa.com. Submit your answers to downtown@sanantonio.gov by Nov. 30. Winners will be notified by email on Dec. 1.

Market Square is open Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. It is closed Tuesday and Wednesday.
