The City of San Antonio has developed a graphical representation for residents to checkout City services being delivered in their neighborhood and citywide. The Open 311 system displays all the service requests generated by either 311, residents through the online self service portal, and/or initiated by City staff. The Open 311 system displays the service request type, location, status of the request, and the timeline for the request to be completed. Open 311 is updated on an hourly basis and stores case information for a seven day period. The system allows residents to select service categories or view all by clicking on the legend. This system can be accessed at the 311 City Services website.
