SAN ANTONIO (March 8, 2021) – The City of San Antonio’s Economic Development Department seeks public input on the SA: Ready to Work program through Wednesday, March 17, 2021, at 4 p.m. In November 2020, San Antonio voters overwhelmingly approved the SA Ready to Work initiative to help San Antonio residents gain access to workforce training, certificate programs and college courses (including 2- and 4-year degree programs), which will lead to higher wages and long-term career pathways in high-demand fields. The program will include wraparound services to remove barriers and to ensure successes.
