If you satisfy the above requirements, you may complete an application. The original application must be filed with the Office of the City Clerk.
CANDIDATE RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS
As per Ordinance 2017-11-30-0920, when submitting an Application for a Place on the Ballot, all City Council Candidates are required to submit an original of at least two of the following documents showing current address
