We do not accept private insurance. Medicaid is accepted. We ONLY accept Community First CHIP & Superior Health CHIP (no other type of CHIP is accepted). Please call 210.207.8894 to find out if we accept another type of insurance.

Immunization records can only be obtained at the Eastside Clinic.
