With comprehensive tax reform potentially set to change as a result of the Presidential election and the 115th Congress, uncertainty is an issue as it relates to various tax credit programs (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit, New Market Tax Credit). In this session, learn about challenges prior to the election, new challenges post, and how these changes impact and affect financing deals across the various financing groups.
