The session will discuss how non-profits and private developers can work to engage neighborhood associations in developing areas of opportunity in their community. This would include collaboration in the design and development process.

Bouncing Forward: Managing Neighborhood Change

Putting equitable development principles into practice is most effective when policy and real estate investment strategies are based on knowledge about how and why neighborhoods change over time, including data-driven projections of how future investment patterns and local policies might shape neighborhoods moving forward. Panel members will discuss how to analyze and anticipates neighborhood change using data and mapping.
