Putting equitable development principles into practice is most effective when policy and real estate investment strategies are based on knowledge about how and why neighborhoods change over time, including data-driven projections of how future investment patterns and local policies might shape neighborhoods moving forward. Panel members will discuss how to analyze and anticipates neighborhood change using data and mapping.
