Federal Grants

The City of San Antonio, through its departments, applies directly to the federal government for grants to further City goals and programs.

IGR assists other City departments in the identification grants and the application process.

Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance

Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) provides a full listing of all Federal programs available to State and local governments (including the District of Columbia); federally-recognized Indian tribal governments; Territories (and possessions) of the United States; domestic public, quasi- public, and private profit and nonprofit organizations and institutions; specialized groups; and individuals.

Grants.gov Program Management Office

Under the President's Management Agenda, the office was chartered to deliver a system that provides a centralized location for grant seekers to find and apply for federal funding opportunities.

Today, the Grants.gov system houses information on over 1,000 grant programs and vets grant applications for 26 federal grant-making agencies.

Recovery.gov

The site, created by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, displays information about the Recovery Accountability and Transparency Board's activities, as well as data related to the $840 billion stimulus bill and information about the distribution and spending of Hurricane Sandy funds.
