Process

Facelift Process

  1. Eligibility

    Eligibility is based on the following:
    • Applicant / Owner
    • Improvements
    • Property
    • Target Areas
    See Eligibility Details for more information.
  2. Application

    Once an application is received, staff will confirm eligibility of the property and the proposed scope of work, notify the applicant that the application has been received and is under review, and arrange a Project Review meeting. See guidelines and complete an Application.

  5. PAYMENT TO CONTRACTOR

    When all work and documentation is received, City staff will request invoice from contractor. A check will be sent to the contractor within two weeks. For payment to contractor the following must take place:
    • Final Inspection upon completion of the work. Final inspection is done by Operation Facelift Staff.
    • Complete the Project Completion form
    • Submit all Davis Bacon Compliance Paperwork

    Once complete, please turn in copies of the following:
    • Invoices
    • Certified Davis-Bacon payroll forms asking for reimbursement of applicable costs
