PATV is a 24-hour Public Access Channel managed and operated by the City of San Antonio. PATV provides San Antonio residents with an opportunity to produce non-commercial, alternative programming for public broadcast. PATV can been viewed on Time Warner digital cable (ch.20), Grande Communications (ch.19) and AT&T U-verse Channel 99.
San Antonio Community Access Network (SA-CAN) offers the San Antonio community a diversity of television viewing choices and the opportunity to exercise their First Amendment right of freedom of speech by providing technical training, equipment facilities and programming opportunities on San Antonio’s community access television channels. SA-CAN promotes the opportunity of public involvement in community television for educational, government, community, health, social service, and other nonprofits.
The TVSA Studios are located at 115 Plaza de Armas, Suite 110, located behind City Hall and next to the Spanish Governor's Palace. The Studio entrance is on Calder Street, on the west side of the building off of Dolorosa.

8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
New public access channel producers are required to register with SA-CAN, which includes a review of the policies and procedures for the new facilities.
