Virtual Volunteer Fair - April 17, 2021 

Join us for a webinar and learn how you can volunteer with San Antonio Parks and Recreation. Attendees will learn about fun volunteer opportunities such as Trail Watch and Dog Park Ambassadors as well as about opportunities in our Natural Areas Parks and Recreation Centers. Trail Watch Volunteer Orientation – April 21, 2021

Do you love the greenway trails? Want to be part of the team helping to make our trails safe? Learn about Trail Watch and how to join during this one hour virtual orientation session on Wednesday 4/21 from 12-1pm. Volunteers must be ages 18 and up. RSVP required. Email to sign up today!  

Dog Park Ambassador Orientation – April 22, 2021

Volunteer with your dog! We are looking for volunteers to help us spread the word about dog owner safety and etiquette in our dog parks and on our trails. Learn about this fun volunteer program by joining us for a virtual orientation on Thursday 4/22 from 12-1pm. Volunteers must be ages 18 and up. RSVP required. Email to sign up today!  

Volunteer Event at Southside Lions Park - April 22, 2021 
Volunteers are needed to help spread mulch at Southside Lions Park on Earth Day 4/22 from 9am-12pm. Ages 10 and up. All minors need to be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Bring a water bottle. All other tools/supplies are provided. RSVP required. Questions? Email

Grab and Go Independent Litter Pick Ups! 4/17/21-4/25/21
You choose the park and we will provide the litter pick up supplies! Visit us at one of our upcoming supply pick up locations to register and pick your park. This is a great way to practice social distancing and explore our wonderful city park system at the same time. Perfect for families and small groups! Registration is required to participate.
