Finding the fitness routine that works for you isn't always easy, but the Parks and Recreation Department has gone the extra mile--even more--to offer all the possibilities. We have Fitness in the Park, which offers free fitness classes across the community. Every imaginable fitness class is offered from boot camps to yoga to Zumba to Tai Chi. 

Prefer to work out on your own? Use our outdoor fitness equipment available in more than 35 parks, no charge. Hike, bike, walk or run the trails. Go for a swim at a City pool--for free. 

Explore options made available through our Troops for Fitness Program and the Mobile Fit vehicle. Truly, no excuses. Get off the couch, lace up the sneakers, and head for the park of your choice! Better health, reduced stress, and good feelings await you.
