Aerobics & High Energy Cardio
Aerobics is a form of physical exercise that combines rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength routines. The
goal is to improve all elements of fitness including flexibility, muscular strength, and cardio vascular fitness. Try a general
aerobics class or one of our specialty classes like Cardio Kickboxing.
Our kickboxing class is a high energy, non-contact, martial arts based workout. Using body weight exercises and athletic
drills, you will strengthen your legs, core, and arms, while improving your balance, stamina, and flexibility.
Cardio Fit classes will get participants’ hearts pumping with rhythmic aerobic exercises and strength training interval based routines.
