Office of the City Clerk adds second Passport Day
The Office of the City Clerk has announced that a second Passport Day has been added. In conjunction with the Department of State’s celebration of Passport Day 2011, the Office of the City Clerk will accept applications and take passport photos on Saturday, April 9 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Municipal Archives and Records Facility located at 719 S. Santa Rosa.
Once again, individuals interested in obtaining a passport are asked to make an appointment by calling 207-4214. The Municipal Archives and Records Facility provides free parking.
This is a great opportunity for anyone that plans to travel abroad. If you are unable to attend either of the Passport Days, the Office of the City Clerk can assist those who want to apply for their passports Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Municipal Archives and Records Facility location or at their office in City Hall.
