San Antonio International Airport (SAT) has two parking options for travelers -- Parking Garage and Green Lot. Passengers can park their vehicles on-site for up to 30 days. The airport provides shuttle service to and from the Garage and Lots to the terminals curbside. Knowing where to park before you arrive will save you time. Take a few moments to view the airport's parking map
Frequent Parking Program
Designed to meet the needs of frequent flyers and business travelers, the SAT Frequent Parking Program
means guaranteed, no-hassle parking for individuals and companies.
Dropping off/Picking up Passengers
To ensure the safety of our passengers, SAT only permits active passenger loading and unloading in front of the terminals. When dropping off a passenger, drop them off at the departure level (upper level) or if picking up a passenger who has already arrived, you can pick them up at the arrival level (lower level) of the terminals. You can view, track and receive flight status notification alerts
Cell Phone Lot
The airport's Cell Phone Waiting Lot
is located at the corner of Hwy 410/Airport Blvd. Visitors can wait for free in this area and can connect with arriving passengers through their cell phone. Once your party arrives, you can meet them at the curb for active loading. Vehicles in this lot must be attended at all times.
All parking areas have spaces designated for drivers with disabilities and are located in the closest proximity to the airport terminals.
Hybrid Parking Benefits
There are 78 parking spaces atop the long-term garage that are shaded by 122 solar panels. Additionally there are two spaces in the long-term parking garage for recharging autos. These spaces are located on the street level. There is no charge for use of the charging station but users must have an access card.
During high peak travel, the airport will post parking updates on the web site and send parking status updates via Facebook
the Airport's Facebook Page for valuable airport information and parking updates.
