The Frequent Parking Program rate is $240 a month.
The total cost equals less than the cost of parking in the old Hourly Parking Garage for 10 days.

What is the program?
A. The San Antonio International Airport Frequent Parking Program is designed to meet the needs of frequent flyers and business travelers, by offering guaranteed, no-hassle parking for individuals and companies through the use of a proximity card, no larger than a credit card.
What does the program include?
A. The San Antonio International Airport Frequent Parking Program provides for dedicated parking in a corral on the first floor of the parking garage. Space for members of the Frequent Parking Program is guaranteed even if the garage shows full. It will also provide quick access into and out of the garage by waiving your proximity card in front of a reader at any of the entrances or exits to the parking garage.
Where is the Frequent Parking Program Corral?
A. The corral is located on the first floor of the parking garage, next to the terminal walkway and shuttle stop.
What is the cost of the program?
A. The program is $240/month . This cost is less than 10 days/month in the former hourly garage.
How do I purchase a card?
A. To reserve space send an email to SATPark@sanantonio.gov. They will send you the application, options for payment, and Terms & Conditions.
How do I access the corral?
A. You will enter the garage through the entrances of S. Terminal Drive. At the entrance plaza, waive your proximity card at the gray card reader next to the ticket machine. Once you drive into the garage using the second entrance, you will follow the signage to the corral to your left. You will use your card to enter the corral. When you will leave you will use the card to exit the corral and at any of the exit plazas.
If the signs show the garage is full but I have a Frequent Parking Program card, will I still be sent to the Green or Red lot?
A. No, when you are a Frequent Parking Program card holder you are guaranteed parking; you will not be sent to overflow parking. Waive your card at the card reader and continue into the designated area of the garage.
If I enter the parking garage do I have to park in the corral?
A. You may park in any area of the garage that has space available. However, you will only be guaranteed parking if you enter the designated corral.
Do I have to register my vehicle for the Frequent Parking Program?
A. No, you are not required to register your vehicle. Your proximity card is what lets you into and out of the garage. However, only one vehicle at a time may use the card to park in the designated corral area of the garage. Once the card has been used to enter the garage and corral, it will not be able to be used by anyone else until that car has exited the corral and garage.
Can I buy the card for multiple people to use?
A. Yes, the card may be shared by multiple people at different times. However, only one vehicle at a time may use the card to park in the designated corral area of the garage. Once the card has been used to enter the garage and corral, it will not be able to be used by anyone else until that car has exited the corral and garage.
What types of payment are accepted for the Frequent Parking Program?
A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash or cashiers check. If you would like to pay by cash or cashiers check you will need to pay in person at 457 Sandau, San Antonio, TX 78216. Credit card payment can be taken over the phone (210) 207-3465 or in person. Once you reserve a space through an email to SATPark@sanantonio.gov, specific payment instructions will be sent to you.
Can I pay for my card on-line?
A. Online payment is not available at this time. We are currently putting the system in place to allow for on-line payments via credit card. That system will allow users to enter credit card information into the system and be charged on a monthly basis for the Frequent Parking Program.
What if my Frequent Parking Program card is lost or stolen?
A. If you lose your Program Card, you must immediately report the loss to Airport Parking & Ground Transportation at 210-207-3465 or SATParkinginfo@sanantonio.gov. You must come in person to the parking office to apply for a replacement Program Card. A fee of $15.00 will be charged for issuance of a replacement Program Card.
How do I cancel my Frequent Parking Program account?
A. Following the initial three month membership period, if you elect to continue your membership, you may cancel your membership at any time by notifying Airport Parking & Ground Transportation at 210-207-3465 or SATParkinginfo@sanantonio.gov by the 15th day of the month for cancellation on the last day of said month.

What if I forget my Parking Card?
A. If you do not have the parking card with you to enter into the coral, you will be required to park in the garage areas open to the public and pay the applicable parking fee. Parking fees will not be reimbursed.
