Labor Compliance monitors all City of San Antonio construction contract projects for prevailing wage requirement compliance as defined in:
Certified payrolls are required to be submitted on a weekly basis via LCPTracker. Project field visits are conducted to interview mechanics and laborers to ensure prevailing wage compliance. Contractors are notified of any prevailing wage violations, which carry a $60 a day/occurrence per employee penalty.
