Love Stinks! The Carver Special Ticket Offer

SAN ANTONIO (February 14, 2018) – Have the Valentine’s Day blues? Single? One is not the loneliest number. In fact, The Carver has a special offer to all singles for its upcoming performance, Blackbird, Fly on Friday, February 23 at 8 p.m.

A single adult ticket selling for $20 and $30 will sell for half off ($10 and $15) using promo code SOLO with a limit of one ticket per person. The ticket offer is good through show time: 8 p.m., Friday, February 23.

Blackbird, Fly a production by the dynamic duo Daniel Bernard Roumain and Marc Bamuthi Joseph, is a concert for voice, body, strings and spoken word. TEDGlobal Fellow Marc Bamuthi Joseph and Daniel Bernard Roumain, a classically trained violinist and composer who has worked with Lady Gaga, Bill T. Jones, Cassandra Wilson and Savion Glover, delve into themes of tolerance and inclusion and convey the many facets of Haitian culture through slam poetry, violin, piano and hip hop. 

This performance will be held at the Jo Long Theatre, 226 N. Hackberry. Tickets can be purchased at the Carver Box Office (210) 207-2234 or via Ticketmaster (800) 745-3000. The Carver Box Office is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and two hours prior to curtain. Discounts for students, teachers, military and seniors are available.
